Packing Details for Paraffin Wax (Export) 1. Form of Paraffin Wax: Usually supplied in blocks, slabs, or pellets. 2. Packaging Materials: Primary packing: Paraffin wax blocks/slabs are usually wrapped in polyethylene (PE) film or polypropylene (PP) bags to prevent moisture absorption and contamination. Secondary packing: Wrapped blocks are then packed in corrugated fiberboard boxes (cartons). Tertiary packing (for bulk export): Cartons are then stacked on pallets and wrapped with stretch film for stability. 3. Typical Packing Sizes: Blocks/slabs: Usually packed in cartons containing 10 to 25 kg each. Cartons: Dimensions vary but are designed to be stackable and protect the wax during transit. Total weight per carton usually ranges between 10 kg to 25 kg. For bulk shipments, multiple cartons are loaded into containers or bulk bags.
